Cutting wood: the first precision cut.
It all starts with the selection and cutting of the best wood species. This fundamental step ensures that each lath will have the perfect dimensions for the next step. See how our experts prepare the wood with precision.
Glulam: The Power of Joining.
The wooden slats are then glued together under high pressure. It’s this glued-laminated process that gives the mast its exceptional strength, dimensional stability and lightness compared to a solid mast of the same size. It’s the very essence of our expertise.

Precision Machining: When Shape Comes to Life.
Once the block of wood has been formed, it’s time for machining. Our state-of-the-art machines, combined with the expert eye of our craftsmen, carve the mast to give it its final shape, taper and fittings locations. This is where the mast begins to reveal its true elegance.
To illustrate this transformation, take a look at the evolution of a mast section. This mast, approximately 7 meters long, goes from a rough section to a harmonious conical shape, with a diameter of 12.5 cm at its base gradually decreasing to 8.5 cm at the top. The aesthetic change is striking and testifies to the precision of our work.
Finishes: The Final Touch of Excellence.
